Substitution Policy

By placing an order on Istanbulflowershop.com, you fully acknowledge and agree that all substitutions are at our sole and absolute discretion.

While we always aim to fulfill orders as closely as possible to the original selection, the availability of flowers, containers, colors, or specific items cannot be guaranteed. If any part of the ordered product is unavailable or out of stock, Istanbulflowershop.com reserves the full right to substitute the item with alternatives of equal or greater value, without prior notice.

Substitutions may include, but are not limited to:

Different flower varieties or colors
Indoor or decorative plants
Chocolates, cakes, perfumes, balloons, or other gifting items
Alternative containers or packaging

The replacement will be selected based on availability and value, not necessarily on similarity of appearance or composition.

By accepting this policy, you:

Grant Istanbulflowershop.com full authorization to make substitutions as needed
Agree that no complaints, disputes, or refund requests will be accepted after successful delivery due to substitutions
Acknowledge that substitution decisions are final and non-negotiable

Once an order is delivered, it is considered completed and accepted in full, regardless of any substitutions made.

Refunds will only be considered if the order is not delivered at all. No refunds will be issued for substitutions made due to stock unavailability.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Substitution Policy in full.

Delivery Policy

Materials and products displayed on Istanbulflowershop.com are available for delivery within Istanbul only. We do not represent that any items referred to on this website are appropriate for use or available in locations outside Istanbul. If you access this website from outside Istanbul, you do so at your own responsibility and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Standard deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery delays may occur due to, but not limited to:

Weather conditions
Traffic conditions
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
High order volume
Product, flower, or item unavailability

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that Istanbulflowershop.com reserves the right to deliver the order up to 7 (seven) days from the requested delivery date in case of any circumstances that may cause a delay. This includes situations where:

Ordered items are temporarily out of stock and expected to be restocked within a few days
Operational delays occur due to excessive order volume
Additional time is required to prepare, source, or manage the ordered items

The delivery date is therefore considered flexible within a 7-day window when such conditions arise.

If the recipient is unavailable at the provided address at the time of delivery, the delivery driver may leave the order at the doorstep, reception, security desk, or a safe location, along with a notification note. In such cases, the order will be considered successfully delivered, and Istanbulflowershop.com will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or deterioration after delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed and paid for on Istanbulflowershop.com, it is considered final and non-cancellable.

We do not accept cancellations or refunds under any circumstances after an order has been made and payment has been successfully completed. This applies to all orders, including but not limited to perishable goods, flowers, plants, customized items, and gift products.

However, as a courtesy, the amount paid may be held as store credit only, subject to the following conditions:

Store credit is valid for 14 (fourteen) days from the original order date
Store credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used in a single order
Any unused credit after the 14-day period will expire automatically

No cash refunds, card refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will be issued once an order is placed and paid.
